With his nearly thirty years of experience as a trial lawyer, including  fifteen years as a prosecutor, James Sherron is uniquely equipped to handle your legal needs. Bar Admissions: Licensed to practice in all Ohio State Courts and all Federal Courts including the United States Supreme Court since 1986.

Experience: Independent private practice from 1986 to present. Assistant prosecuting attorney in Butler County from 1987 to 2002 in felony, civil, child support and juvenile divisions. Butler County public defender, 2010 to present. Assistant prosecuting attorney, City of Hamilton, 2007-2010. Acting Judge and Magistrate for City of Middletown.  Acting law director/prosecuting attorney, public defender and Magistrate for City of Trenton.

-Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority, Board of Trustees, 2007 to date, Chairman, 2014 to date.
